Like the wind that gently caresses my face, I can't see You, but sometimes I can feel Your presence, and can hear Your voice softly rustling in the leaves on a warm summer day.

Questions float though my mind as I seek Your invisible touch, and the Knowledge of the Holy supersedes my doubt.

If You weren't here, I would be a vapor, a memory of a troubled, frightened soul who wanted love, long lost.

You are here, removing my fear, replacing it with a sigh of relief that energizes and brings comfort In a desert of dry bones.

Aching to know You, I wait.

Pondering the possibilities, my thirst increases and I command my  hungry heart to be still and know, You are here and rest is mine at last.

Corners of my mouth reveal a slight grin as my eyes overflow with awareness and joy crowds out uncertainty.

If You weren't here, none of this would be possible and the futility of thought would decay and kill the essence of relationship of Potter to earthbound clay.

As the fog rolls in across the golden hills, quietly giving true bread and true wine, Your Light replaces the constant companion of darkness and reminds me You are here and I am not alone

    BARB'S ARTWORK
It seems to fall into the category of Aleatoric Art. I just scribble &  it looks
    like something
    to me, so
    I turn it into
    whatever I see.

Aleatoricart posted this description in September 2011 (this is an elevated view in my opinion):

"Aleatoric Art is the ultimate collaboration between
man and the elements. Happenstance, randomness
    and a twist
of fate’s unwilling wrist go in halfseys
with some of the most outstanding visionaries
the planet can boast in a peaceful
    yet often violent serendipity of
    creative cacophony
to produce works of art that go far beyond those
    of mere mortals alone."
